Yes, customers regularly drive dry ice home. Keep it in a non-airtight insulated container, ventilate the vehicle, and don't leave it in a closed, parked car.
Larger quantities release more CO₂. For larger amounts, ask PA Dry Ice about appropriate handling before you pick up.
Headache, rapid breathing or dizziness can signal CO₂ buildup. Open windows and stop to get fresh air.
Dry ice releases carbon dioxide gas and requires proper ventilation. Handle only with insulated gloves, and never seal it in an airtight container.
